These Terms of Use (‘Terms’) describe the Impleum's Internet website located at https://impleum.com and related subdomains (the “Site” and collectively, “Impleum”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) and content hosted on this Site. "you" or "your" means the user of the Site. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site. By using or visiting the Site, you signify your assent to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which may be modified from time to time at our sole discretion. NOTE: In order to use the Impleum's Site you must be of legal age to do so and to be eligible to operate such Site according to the applicable legislation. If you are not of legal age please stop using the Site. We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement between us and an individual of under legal age at our sole discretion and without notice to the individual. The use of the above intellectual property without the consent of the right holder is illegal.

The software, available for download on the GitHub website (https://github.com/impleum/) was created by the team of developers, can be used by the user under the terms of the MIT License. While the software is available under a free and open source software license, the copyright license does not include an implied right or license to use the trademarks and other content from the Site. The Site as a composite work (including its design, other copyright objects), as well as trademarks, service marks and other objects of intellectual property rights posted on the Site are objects of property rights to intellectual property which belong to us and/or other rights holders and protected by law.

IMP (‘IMP Coin’ or ‘Coin’) is a digital data unit created as a result of performing mathematical calculations using Impleum`s mining Full Node software (available for download at (https://github.com/impleum/ImpleumBitcoinFullNode/releases/) and has a cryptographic protection. IMP is mined cryptocurrency, which means that new IMP will be created each time a block is added to the IMP block chain. We did not and not going to conduct a public or private pre-sale or sale of IMP.

On Site you can use the desktop version and/or the web version of Impleum`s wallet (‘Wallets’ for both versions). Wallets serve to store IMP, balance control, and send or receive IMP. The number of IMP coins in the Wallet is displayed in the title signs 'IMP'. The desktop version of the Impleum`s Wallet is a software available to users for downloading at https://github.com/impleum/FullNodeUI/releases/, taking into account the above mentioned conditions on intellectual property rights. The web version of the Impleum`s Wallet is a client-side interface that available for use on the Site. When you create any version of your Wallet you are generating a cryptographic set of numbers: your private key and your public key (address). The handling of your keys happens entirely on your computer, inside your browser for web version of the wallet and {} for desktop version of the wallet We never transmit, receive or store your private key or other information from your Wallet. We do not charge a transaction fee. You are simply using our interface or software to interact directly with the blockchain. We are not responsible for the safety of data in the Wallet. The user uses Wallets at his own risk and is solely responsible for the negative consequences of such use, if any.

You can find an information on the Site about possibility of making a Donation for the development of the Impleum project. Donations are anonymous and entirely voluntary. By making your donation you further expressly acknowledge and agree that it does not convey ours express or implied guarantee or promise of any payment or provision of any benefit, irrespective of your conduct, performance or its result. By making your donation you further expressly acknowledge and agree that we do not give guarantees for the further development of the Impleum project and do not promise to take any action. You agree that the Site may terminate its work at any time, without any compensation to you for its termination, change and their consequences. You further expressly acknowledge and agree that your donations do give you any rights in contract, implied contract, tort or on any other grounds.
